G’day Riders

Well, it’s less than 4 weeks until the ride commences and we have had a tremendous response to the ride this year and we hope that you are all training strongly and looking forward to the ride.

We are just about to complete the pre ride inspection to ensure that everything is in order for the ride, check the road conditions etc, and the committee has been very active in their planning.

There are a few things that we would like to draw to your attention at this stage

1. Ride Fee: If you have not yet deposited the $1500 cut off amount, the balance of your ride fee of $840 must be paid within the next 2 weeks.

It will be strictly “No fee - No Ride”.

This is to forwarded to the Club at P O Box 54, Engadine NSW 2233 or we are to be authorised to debit your credit card.    It is not to be banked through your deposit book.   

Remember if you subsequently reach $2340, ($1500 + $840) before the presentation night on 23rd May 2008, the $840 will be refunded upon request.

2. Raffle tickets - Could you please return the butts from your raffle books to the Club at the above address.

Funds are to be banked through your deposit book with Westpac.

All books are to be returned by Monday 31st March, whether sold or not. Do not post any back to us after that date as they may not arrive in time for us to leave and we do not want to delay the draw.
