As a culmination of this year’s ride 71 people, riders, family, volunteers, Rotarians and a sizeable contingent from Youth off the Streets heard an address from Father Chris Riley on an update of his work to date and enjoyed some wonderful fellowship over a meal at Engadine Bowling Club.
The final tally for the ride resulted in a cheque for $157,607 being handed to Fr Chris Riley at the presentation dinner last Friday, which along with a total of $ 61,625 which had gone directly to Youth off the Streets, from various riders, made a total of $219,232 for the year.
This was a fantastic result and you are all to be congratulated for your efforts. This takes the total for the thirteen rides to date to $1,723,171.

In the absence of Fraser Mackay-Sim, Shelley Lehman one of his executive staff from Macsim Fastenings Pty Ltd drew the winning container and Scott Wakeling from Pack 4 was the lucky winner of the car this year and he is to collect the car in the near future.
Once again congratulations to you all for your fundraising efforts, and we look forward to your company again next year. We will be in touch when a date is set for the ride.
