Day 3 – Monday 1 May – Bulahdelah to North Haven – 171.2 kms

Best to fuel up at breakfast this morning because today is your longest ride and there’s a nice climb out of Bulahdelah to kick off the day 3 ride. After that little heart starter, it is dual carriageway and the best riding conditions of the week – rolling country on a great road surface all the way to morning tea in Nabiac.

Enjoy more of the same through to Taree on the Manning River and then on to lunch just outside Johns River Tavern. After lunch, rejoin the highway through to Kew and then stretch your legs on Ocean Drive through to camp at North Haven.

Dinner tonight and breakfast on Day 4 will be at North Haven Bowling Club (1 Woodford Rd North Haven).
